Charles Roderick
Charles Roderick is an Adjunct Lecturer in the School of Art and Art History at the University of Denver. He received his B.F.A. in Photography at the University of Colorado in Boulder, and soon followed with an M.F.A. with a focus in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His artistic practice is primarily interested in creating participatory works, seeking a more collaborative approach to the production and consumption of culture. Often this manifests as an event or activity as art, with particular research interests in group work, alternative art spaces and economies, collectivism, and social art practices.
